What’s the Verdict on Olive Oil: Is it Good or Bad for You?

I cook exclusively with extra virgin olive oil.  I use in in all baked goods and salad dressings and as a dip for bread.  Whole foods has a great variety available and believe it or not the prices there are reasonable if you choose carefully.
