It’s blueberry time!  Eat some for your overall health and  make a mask for healthier skin  If you’re like me you’ve spent a lot of time outside this summer.  That also means sun damage.

This organic blueberry mask will help with all that sun.  It contains three ingredients and is very easy to make.

Organic blueberries are loaded with vitamin C, which will help prevent fine lines.  It will also help to lighten sun spots and leave your skin rejuvenated, hydrated and luminous.

Organic yogurt has lactic acid which will help to remove dead skin and tighten pores. It also helps to lighten sun spots.

Organic honey is a great antibacterial and will help in the prevention of pimples. Organic honey has a lot of antioxidants, which will help in slowing down the signs of aging. Organic honey is immensely moisturizing and is calming to the skin.

Your skin will be refreshed and glowing after this treatment.
