Make eating a joyful peaceful experience

Mindful EatingPractice mindful eating!
Savor every bite, noting texture, aroma, and taste (sweet, sour, salty,
etc… ).  Eating should be a nutritious pleasurable experience.
You will fill up more quickly and feel satisfied.

Add something special to your table
A flower, a non-scented beeswax candle,  cloth napkins.
Using cloth napkins whenever possible will save some trees, while
reducing landfill waste by millions of pounds.  Not to mention saving
the environment by reducing the harmful chemicals released during
paper processing!

Enjoy a cup of fine tea, coffee, or cocoa
Sip slowly while accompanied with a piece of free-trade, organic dark
chocolate or a slice of fruit drizzled with raspberry sauce.
