Wash the organic cranberries. If using frozen organic cranberries, keep them frozen until you are ready to put them in the sauce pan.

Place organic cranberries into a large sauce pan. Add fresh squeezed organic orange juice and pure maple syrup. Heat cranberry mixture over high heat, while stirring, until it comes to a boil.  Be careful not to let the mixture stick to the bottom of the pan. Turn down the heat to medium low. Continue stirring.

Mix the organic cornstarch with a little bit of water, just enough to dissolve.  Add this mixture slowly, still stirring, to the pot.

Sprinkle the organic cinnamon into the cranberry mixture.Combine well.

Simmer the the cranberry sauce for about 10 minutes, or until it thickens.

Transfer to a container to cool completely. Once cool transfer again to a pretty serving dish.   Serve and enjoy your delicious organic cranberry sauce.
