A Little Stress is Good

stress-1
A little stress is good and can bring about positive change.  Our attitudes can determine our stress levels.  The view we take of an event will directly affect the level of stress we experience.  This feeling of stress can bring about action which will result in positive change.   A good example would be stressing about a few pounds gained during the past few months and taking positive action to stop the weight gain and to lose the few extra pounds.  This is a positive action.  Becoming depressed and eating more to feel better is a negative action.  You determine which action you take.  Be still, relax and think when faced with a stressful situation and make the choice to take a positive action.
